Refunds & Returns Policy:
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund or exchange. Postage return is at your own cost and must be returned to us at:
Button Up Baby Returns, 9 North Street, Havant, Hampshire. PO9 1PW.
If you require an exchange, please state what item/size you would like to exchange for, if we do not have the new item required we will issue a full refund. Items must have original labels still attached. Item(s) must be in an unworn or unwashed condition and free from odors.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days. Any item returned after the 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be sent back to you.
If an item is damaged or faulty, postage cost and refund will be processed within 7 days of return of product after inspection. A damaged or faulty product is to be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be eligible for sale items (we can exchange for other items from the sale for up to 28days).
Payment Plans Policy:
Payment Plans require an initial 20% deposit and are offered for up to 8 weeks to pay the remaining amount. The store holds the goods until the plan is complete then the items can be collected in person or posted.
Payment plans are to be correctly sized at time of initial deposit, we offer no refund policy or exchange in anyway. A payment plan sale date is registered at the date of the initial deposit and payments must be made on time (we are flexible, if there is an issue, please talk to us about further options, we are a normal family who have major car break downs too)
Faulty goods have your 14 day return rights from date of final payment and collection of item's.
Missed payments without informing us will result in loss of deposit.
