Refunds & Returns Policy:
In-Store Purchases
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund or 28 days to exchange for an item of the same value. If the product has entered into a sale after 14 days from the purchase date, the exchange value will match that of the current discounted value. Returns can be made in store at 9 North Street, Havant. PO9 1PW.
Returned item(s) must match the following criteria:
- Have all original labels still attached
- Must be in an unworn or unwashed condition
- Free from odours
- Free from damages caused during time spent in your possession.
- Purchased from our store; Button Up Baby, 9 North Street, Havant. PO9 1PW.
Please note; the store manager will use their discretion to determine whether the item(s) match the required criteria, will examine the product(s), ask relevant questions and make a decision regarding the return/refund/exchange according to their training.
Online Purchases
Items must be returned to us and received by us within 14 days (for UK Clients) of online purchase to qualify for a full refund or to exchange for an item of the same value. If the product has entered into a sale after 14 days from the purchase date, the exchange value will match that of the current discounted value.
For international clients we allow a discretionary return period, but the client must provide us with proof of posting within the 14 day period. The refund/exchange process will begin upon receipt of goods to by our returns department.
Online purchase returns can be made in-store or via post, postage return is at your own cost and must be returned to us at:
Button Up Baby Returns, 9 North Street, Havant, Hampshire. PO9 1PW. England.
If you require an exchange, please contact us via the WhatsApp number provided and state what item/size you would like to exchange for, along with a note inside the package with the following information provided:
- Name
- Order number (four digit number received when initial order placed)
- Contact information
- Product replacement requirements
If we do not have the new item required in-stock and/or cannot restock the required item from our manufacturers, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, unless agreed otherwise between you (our client) and us ( Button Up Baby Limited).

All products are quality control checked before being sold/posted by us personally, and therefore, a decision will be made accordingly, after inspection of the product itself after receipt by us (Button Up Baby Limited)
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Any item returned after the 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be kept and no refund given, alternatively the item can be returned to you with the postage cost at your expense.
If an item(s) is received by you (our client) and noticed to be damaged or faulty, upon receipt, not caused whilst in your possession, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days to inform us
- Provide images of the fault
- Provide your Name, order number, contact details
- Return the faulty item to us within 14 days of contacting us regarding the matter, to:

Item and Postage refund will be processed within 14 days of us (Button Up Baby Limited) receiving the faulty product and conducting an inspection.
Please note; the online sales manager will use their discretion to determine whether the item(s) match the required criteria, will examine the product(s), ask relevant questions and make a decision regarding the returned faulty/damaged item(s) according to their training. All products are quality control checked before being sold/posted by us personally, and therefore, a decision will be made accordingly, after inspection of the images provided and the product itself after receipt by us (Button Up Baby Limited)
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned item.
The refund will be issued in the same form as the purchase was made, by card, online payment or cash, respectively.
The payment card the refund will be issued to MUST match the card details of the card used to make the initial purchase, this is for fraud prevention purposes, according to the law and cannot be negotiated.
Returned purchases made with a gift voucher will be offered an exchange or an in-store credit note or online credit note in the form of a one-time use code.
In-Store Sale Items
Refunds will not be eligible for sale items, we can, however, exchange for other items of the same value, from our sale for up to 14 days.
If the replacement item is of less value than the returned item, we will not refund the difference, we can however offer an in-store credit note or an online credit note in the form of a one-time use code.
If the replacement item value is worth more than the returned sale item, you must pay the difference.
Online Sale Items
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on ANY sale items made online. Your statutory rights are not affected.
