What an elegant dress! This long-sleeved dress is the most beautiful sky blue colour; a white ruffle climbs beautifully over the shoulders and is finished wonderfully with a large white bow at the bottom of each side. The collar has a small white ruffle, as do the cuffs of the sleeves.
The skirt of the dress has two layers: the top layer is the same beautiful sky blue colour with a white ruffle hem all the way around the bottom, and the bottom layer is a larger white ruffle peaking out below.
The back of the dress buttons up and has a lage white tie up bow across the middle of the back. This dress is truly stunning! There are also blue knickers to match.
