This wonderful long-sleeved dress is navy blue with a white polka dot pattern; a stunning hand-smocked panel with navy blue hand sewn patterns decorates the upper section. The same gorgeous hand sewn patterns decorate the collar. The dress buttons up at the back.
The skirt of the dress is lined underneath; the top layer is the same navy blue fabric with white polka dot pattern as the top section of the dress. The hem of the skirt is a beautiful white broderie anglaise material with a navy blue scalloped edge. A stunning navy blue embroidered pattern decorates the broderie angliase. The skirt is light and floaty which wll have your little ones twirling all day long!
